After the arrival of 200 students hailing from above  20 CBSE schools of a number of regions of Eastern U.P. like  Allahabad, Varanasi, Faizabad, Deoria, Sultanpur , to name a few,the Cluster competions  commenced.

Master Kaushik Mishra, Captain, Table Tennis Team,Tagore Public School,Allahabad  urged all the teams to follow the policy  of fairness  and honesty throughout the tournament  and adhere to the decisions by the concerned referees as final.  

Speaking on the occasion, the Regional Officer, Ms Shvetta  Arora  came out with the significance of such sports congregations in inculcating the values of team-spirit  and cohesiveness among the young minds  along with the coming together of students with diverse cultures.She also praised the efforts of the team of the host school in organising the Cluster level event with aplomb and unparalleled efficiency.

After  blessing  the young and enthusiastic participating teams, the main invitee Dr S N Sabat wished them to put their best foot forward in the matches to follow. Thereafter he declared the Cluster Meet open with the release of  colourful balloons.

Mementoes were presented  to the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour as a mark of respect, remembrance and  gratitude.
